Please note that all calls are nonrefundable. There is a 10-minute grace period. The call will end at the originally scheduled time if you are late.

Cancellations cannot be accepted within two hours of your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so before the two-hour limit. There are no refunds, and canceled appointments do not roll over.
